Buy laminate (the lightest color: skyline maple) from Costco, $34.99 x 21 boxes x (1 + 8.25% tax) - 8 coupon x 21 boxes = $627.41. [later returned 3 boxes, still have 1 box as back up material.]

Manufacturer website: http://www.harmonics-flooring.com, 1-888-459-9220, in Oroville, CA, between Chico and Sacramento. Call the 888 number, have below quote:
